Established in 2018

We’re the Terra family! We are a husband-wife team, a civil engineer and an occupational therapist, and graduates of Virginia Tech. We have two young daughters who love the horses as much as we do! While we are newer to the gypsy vanner world, we are not new to horses or breeding top quality animals. We have personally owned horses for the past 18 years and have enjoyed showing, riding, and spending time with them. We have been breeding registered Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats since 2011 and our homebred animals have performed quite well in the show-ring and on performance programs in their herds throughout the country. With our successful breeding background and our longtime love of horses, we hope to preserve and contribute to the gypsy vanner breed with our herd.

Our Goal

To breed the VERY best gypsy vanners and share them with others! 💗 We also strive to breed taller, top-quality roan gypsy vanners that are highly trainable and enjoyable to ride with beautiful, smooth gaits.

Many of our horses ride and some also drive. We believe that gypsy vanners should be much more than just breeders or pretty faces - the gypsy people used these beauties as work animals. So, they should work!
